Welcome to the month the students Love the most.

Ms. Anglada and Ms. Sedillo are busy planning the school dance that will be held on February 26th.

Please remember that, as usual, Ernie Pyle does not allow students to carry around flowers or balloons during the day for any reason. We would appreciate if parents did not send flowers to their students at any time because it is disruptive to the school day. The office will collect all flowers, balloons, teddy bears, candy, etc. and your student will be allowed to pick them up after the school day. Last year we had a teddy bear stolen at the dance. Please remember that this may happen and this would be another reason to refrain from sending gifts to your student during the school day.  Head's Up: State testing will begin early in March.  This test is so important to the students, teachers and to the school. We will be sending testing information out so all parents/guardians know the dates. We ask that you do not schedule appointments during the testing window.

As always I want to thank you for sending your wonderful students to Ernie Pyle.  I treasure each and every one of our precious youngsters.

Proud Principal,

Mr. Saavedra
